One click saves every tool and library in your browser. After that it opens with no internet and no local server.

After installation

Open the installed app icon, or bookmark the site and open that bookmark while offline. Come back here and choose Refresh offline copy for the newest version.

A full offline copy (.zip), for site maintainers

This site does not offer a ZIP to download. To use the tools without a connection, choose Install offline above; that keeps everything in this browser.

Whoever maintains this site can build a ZIP of it from the source with node scripts/build/build-offline-zip.mjs, which writes release/developer-tools-offline-<version>.zip, and hand it to people on machines without a connection.

The ZIP holds the site plus a small local server. Unzip it, run ./run.sh (macOS/Linux) or run.bat (Windows), then open http://localhost:8080. It needs Node.js; python3 -m http.server 8080 works as an alternative. Double-clicking index.html will not work, because the tools use workers and absolute paths that need http. SHA256SUMS lets you verify every file.
